Pool Volume Calc ("we", "us") operates the website at poolvolumecalc.com. We've built this site to be useful without demanding your personal information. The calculators run entirely in your browser — the dimensions you enter are not sent to our servers and are not stored by us.
We collect two kinds of information, and only the second involves third parties:
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators are used and how the site performs. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data — such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type — on our behalf to produce aggregate reports. We use these reports to improve the calculators, not to identify individual visitors.
This site is free and supported by advertising. We display ads through Google AdSense and Adsterra. These networks and their partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads and, where permitted, to personalize them based on your activity across sites and apps. They may also measure ad performance and limit how often you see the same ad.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Some pages contain affiliate links to products or services. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to products we consider relevant, and an affiliate relationship does not change the figures or guidance the calculators produce. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies to attribute a referral when you follow one of these links.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our partners use them for analytics, advertising, affiliate attribution, and to remember your preferences (such as your light or dark theme choice, which is stored only in your browser). You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; some features and ad relevance may work differently if you do.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request your name, email, or payment details to use the calculators. We do not sell your personal information.
The site is served as static files through Hostinger and Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in its own privacy documentation.
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain personal accounts, most requests relate to data held by our analytics and advertising partners; you can also exercise choices directly with them using the opt-out links above.
